Criminal Law

Probate
Probate is the area of law which guides the collection and distribution of a person’s assets. This may occur when a person is alive, called a “legal guardianship estate” or when a person has passed away, called a “decedents estate”. Our office works with the client and the probate court to guide the client through the process to insure that the assets are protected and distributed in accordance with the appropriate statutes.
Condo Law
It is the purpose of the Illinois Condominium Property Act to provide comprehensive guidance in the creation and management of a community living properties. Working with the Act and the other condominium documents, our office assists condominium associations and unit owners to help in the legal operation of community living.


Landlord/Tenant
This area of the law governs the relation of the landlord and tenant in both residential and commercial property. Our office assist both landlord and tenants in understanding their rights and responsibilities created by the lease they signed and the statutes and common law. This includes both the prosecution and defense of eviction proceedings.
